Mannes Orchestra performs Akhnaten

On November 2, 2019, David Hayes led the Mannes Orchestra in selections from the Philip Glass opera, Akhnaten, at the Brooklyn Museum as part of the museum’s ‘First Saturdays’ series . Joining them were Metropolitan Opera counter-tenor, Anthony Roth Costanzo, the Brooklyn Youth Chorus and Gandini Juggling.
